We all have our essential tools of the trade. For Maggie, no pantry is complete without the fundamentals - Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Verjuice and Aged Red Wine Vinegar.

Maggie's Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) is marvellous in many, many dishes. It's made from olives picked at their peak, and like other EVOOs, it contains less than 0.8% acid expressed as free oleic acid and it's free of flavour defects.

Verjuice is a Maggie Beer signature. In fact, Maggie was the first person to ever produce Verjuice commercially. It’s made from the juice of unfermented grapes.

Aged Red Wine Vinegar uses the best of both quality Australian wine and traditional European processing methods. It’s aged in old oak barrels for a developed and austere style, with the perfect balance of acidity.
