The Grande Dame Australian Dry Gin is created by Maggie Beer and is perfect for a dry martini. Maggie wanted to create an aromatic dry gin that could be used as a base to make this classic cocktail. Maggie writes: ‘This Dame loves a martini so my gin is juniper heavy with rosemary and dried pears from our orchard finished with lemon myrtle…. My ‘farmer’ only has to wave the Noilly Prat past the glass for me as the flavour of the gin sings, just like I like to do.’ The wonderful combination of aromatics makes this Australian dry gin truly special.
