Why you should try Maggie's Vino Cotto
Maggie Beer’s Vino Cotto will make itself at home as a favourite pantry staple! This agrodolce condiment is a perfect substitute for balsamic vinegar in many recipes, both savoury and sweet. Vino Cotto is traditionally an Italian ‘cooked wine’, made from the must of grapes, slow-cooked over low heat for a long time. Red wine vinegar is added to the cook to highlight the delicious sweet/sour flavour and the resulting Vino Cotto is the perfect way to further maximise the flavour of your meals.
